PrettySure is provided by Wisersell. The app's developer name is developerteam-wiser. This policy covers the PrettySure app and these public legal-information pages.

2. What information is processed, and why?
Account and session
If you choose to create an account, your email address, user ID and session information are used to send a sign-in link or support the available password sign-in method, verify your account and associate saved items with your account. Sign-in links are delivered by email.
Products and videos you save
Favorite product and video IDs are stored on your device. When you sign in, they are synchronized through Supabase together with your user ID so that you can access your saved items on different devices. Local favorites created before sign-in can later be merged with the account you use.
Barcode scanning and optional photos
During barcode scanning, camera images are processed on your device and are not uploaded to PrettySure servers. The detected barcode is compared with the catalog loaded by the app.
If you use the Android label-photo or gallery-image feature, text recognition is performed on your device. The app attempts to remove its temporary photo copies after processing; the original image in your gallery is not deleted. Images in this flow are not sent to a cloud artificial-intelligence service.
You can change camera permission in your device settings. Denying permission affects camera scanning, but you can still search the catalog manually.
Technical information and support messages
When the app loads the catalog, images or web pages, the relevant service providers may process an IP address, request time and technical information about the device or browser. If you email us, your address and message content are used to respond to and securely resolve your request.
3. Service providers and external content
Supabase
Supabase is used for account authentication, the catalog and cloud favorites. Account information and favorites transferred to this service are processed to provide sign-in and synchronization features.
Google ML Kit
ML Kit is used for Android barcode and text recognition and processes images and recognition results on the device. Separately, it may send Google device and app information, installation identifiers, usage and performance measurements, and error information to operate and improve the recognition service. Google AdMob and advertising choices
The Android app includes Google AdMob advertising infrastructure. Depending on permissions and configuration, Google may process an IP address and approximate location inferred from it, advertising or app interactions, diagnostics, and device or advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads and prevent abuse.
The absence of a visible ad does not necessarily mean that the SDK processes no data. Advertising and consent choices depend on your region, device settings and the options provided by Google. Available controls can be opened through “Ad privacy” in the app's Profile section. This policy does not replace Google's consent interface. Details: Google Privacy Policy.
TikTok, product images and retailer links
When a video player or preview loads, your device may connect to TikTok or to the network serving that content. An embedded player may use cookies or similar storage technologies. When you open a retailer link, that retailer's data-processing terms apply. Deleting your PrettySure account does not delete separate TikTok or retailer accounts.
Web hosting
These web pages are hosted on Vercel. Network requests required to access the pages are processed by the hosting infrastructure. No analytics tool, advertising, video player or tracking script has been added to these two legal-information pages.
Service-provider infrastructure may be located in different countries. Processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements depend on the service and company configuration in use.
4. Retention and security
Account information and cloud favorites are retained to operate the account and synchronization features. Local favorites and session information are held in the app or browser storage on your device. Signing out alone does not delete local favorites or the cloud account.
We complete account and personal-data deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days after receiving the request, and we report the outcome by email. We may need to verify account ownership for security. If information must be retained by law, we explain the data concerned, the reason and the retention period.
Records associated with the account are removed from active systems within 30 days. Copies in daily database backups may remain for up to 7 additional days as part of the normal backup-rotation cycle, after which they are deleted or overwritten. If limited records must be kept longer for security, fraud prevention or a legal obligation, the data type, reason and period are communicated to the requester.
Encrypted communication methods such as HTTPS are used for network connections. Access to account records is restricted through authentication and database-access rules. No system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
5. Your choices and account deletion
Under applicable data-protection rules, you may request information about, correction of or deletion of your personal data. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, use the Account deletion page. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in on that page.
The request may require secure verification that the account belongs to you. Do not include a password, one-time code, sign-in link or identity document in your support message.
Removing local records and changing Google advertising choices are separate controls from account deletion. The deletion page explains these differences.
6. Contact and updates
This policy is updated when the app's use of data changes. Where required, additional information or consent will be requested in the app.
